Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal’s secure service and no financial details (eg. cards numbers) are passed to us or direct payments from your PayPal account and we also accept cheque’s and postal orders, please note that if you pay by cheque or postal order the goods will be shipped upon clearance of payment.

Delivery & Shipping

Please note that we only supply and ship goods to the UK Mainland and Ireland, customers in Southern Ireland need to enter the letters BT as their post code so that the correct cost of shipping can be calculated otherwise your order will be rejected, customers in the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and outlying rural areas in the Scottish Highlands need to make their orders either by telephone or email. Provided that your selected item(s), product(s) or materials are in stock, we aim to deliver your order in 2 – 3 working days, all items are delivered using either Royal Mail, Night Freight or a Courier Service depending upon the weight and size of the order.

If you would like to order products or materials in bulk (orders over 120kg) please feel free to contact us either by phone or by using our enquiry form to send an email, which you can find here along with all our contact details on the Contact Us page.

Customer returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge plus any carrige charges incured. All goods must be in original packaging and un-opened.

No returns or exchanges  will be accepted after 7 days. 

A refund will be issued once all items have been received and checked.

Any return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

All deliveries must be checked on arrival, and any damages are to be reported within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Do not accept damaged goods.  In addition please do not install damaged goods as installation is acceptance that the product is in good condition.

Special Orders

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on any special orders, or if sealed packages have been opened on sensitive electronic goods (ie: printed circuit boards - PCBs). If you are unsure as to what products are special order, please email or call to check, usually special orders are any products on extended lead times.

General Notes

In order to provide our customers with the best quality products at very competitive prices, we purchase the products that we sell from a wide range of suppliers and manufacturers, this means that some times the product you purchase may not look exactly like the image shown, because we stock such a wide range of products it may not always be practical or possible to change the image.
